Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with Kitworld, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Pre-Order Confirmation

All pre-orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified by our team.

Customers may choose either:

  • 50% advance payment, or
  • 100% full payment

as stated in the invoice provided by our team.

2. Invoice & Payment

An official invoice will be shared for all pre-orders, including:

  • Ordered item(s)
  • Selected size/version
  • Payment amount
  • Estimated arrival/delivery timeframe

Payments must be completed according to the invoice instructions.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Pre-order items require processing and shipping time before arrival.

Estimated delivery timelines will be:

  • Shared by our team before payment confirmation, and
  • Mentioned in the invoice provided to the customer.

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may occasionally vary due to shipping delays, customs clearance, supplier processing, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers may contact our team anytime for order updates.

4. No Cancellation or Refund

Once payment for a pre-order has been realized and the order has been confirmed, the order:

  • Cannot be cancelled
  • Cannot be refunded
  • Cannot be exchanged for another item

This applies to both partial payments and full payments.

5. Remaining Balance for 50% Payments

For orders placed with a 50% advance payment:

  • The remaining balance must be settled in full once the item has arrived to us and before delivery or collection.
  • Delivery/collection will only be arranged after the full payment has been completed.

6. Product Availability

Pre-orders are subject to supplier and stock availability. In rare situations where an item becomes unavailable from the supplier:

  • Customers will be informed immediately, and
  • A suitable replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered at the discretion of Kitworld.

7. Product Variations

Actual product colors, prints, badges, sponsor logos, packaging, or minor details may slightly differ from displayed photos due to manufacturer updates or screen display differences.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate order details, including size, name printing, patches, and contact information.
  • Reviewing invoice details carefully before making payment.

Kitworld will not be responsible for errors confirmed by the customer after payment.

9. Delays Beyond Control

Kitworld is not liable for delays caused by:

  • International shipping disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Supplier/manufacturer delays
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

10. Acceptance of Policy

By proceeding with payment for a pre-order invoice, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Pre-Order Policy.
