1. What products do you sell?

We mainly sell football jerseys including:

  • Club kits
  • National team kits
  • Fan versions and player versions (authentic-style fit)
  • Special edition and retro kits (availability varies)
  • Football merchandises


2. What is the difference between fan version and player version?

  • Fan Version: Regular fit, more comfortable for daily wear
  • Player Version: Slim/athletic fit, same style as players wear on the pitch with lighter material

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend going one size up for player versions.


3. How do I choose the correct size?

We provide a size guide with all measurements in CM and INCHES.

Please note:

  • Small variations of ±1 cm may occur. For inches please allow ±0.5 inches.
  • Player versions fit tighter than fan versions
  • If unsure, contact us before ordering


4. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes.

We offer free delivery within the Greater Malé Region, including:

  • Malé
  • Hulhumalé
  • Ferry and speedboat terminals in the Greater Malé area

Delivery outside this region may have additional charges.


5. How long does delivery take?

  • Greater Malé Region: 1–3 business days
  • Other islands: Delivery time depends on ferry/cargo schedules

Delays may occur due to weather or logistics.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Bank transfer (BML)
  • Cash on Delivery (selected areas)
  • Other methods when stated

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before processing or dispatch.

Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, but only if:

  • Wrong item received
  • Item is damaged
  • Wrong size sent by us

Returns must be requested within 12 hours of delivery.


10. What items cannot be returned?

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size chosen by customer
  • Used or washed items
  • Customized products (if any)


11. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items may be restocked depending on demand and supplier availability. You can message us to check availability.
