Thank you for shopping with Kitworld. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed, packed, or dispatched for delivery.

Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders can be cancelled within a 24 hours after placing the order.
  • Once an order has been confirmed for processing or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production or preparation has started.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately through our official communication channels.


2. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Reasons

  • Wrong item received
  • Incorrect size sent by us
  • Damaged item upon delivery
  • Manufacturing defect

Customers must notify us within 12 hours of receiving the order and provide:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Packaging photos if applicable


3. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be in resellable condition

Kitworld reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Customized or printed jerseys/products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing information before placing an order.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment
  • A return request is approved and replacement is not possible

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Please allow reasonable processing time depending on banks or payment providers.


6. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Kitworld is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details
  • Delays caused by weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control

If a package is returned due to incorrect customer information, additional delivery charges may apply.


7. Right to Refuse Returns

Kitworld reserves the right to refuse:

  • Suspicious or abusive return requests
  • Returns that do not comply with this policy
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
